Payment and Deposits
- Credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
- All clients are required to sign and present the emailed or faxed voucher to their chauffeur at pick up with the actual physical credit card provided at time of booking; unless a signed third party authorization with required documents has been placed on file with prior to pick-up or a corporate account has been activated and all required documents received.
- All prices are exclusive of GST, unless specified at time of booking.
- Our payment terms are strictly 7 days prior to departure except for Wedding Chauffeur hire where final payment will be taken 14 days prior to the event date.
- Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time charges.
- The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Bentley Limousines.
- A Wedding, or special event booking which are made well in advance of the event, require a 1/3 deposit of the total hire price and a signed agreement required to hold the limousine.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If a booking is cancelled by a customer within 48 Hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all monies paid will be non-refundable, unless the vehicle can be re –booked or the booking is rescheduled – this does not apply to Weddings see below*
- If a booking is cancelled by the customer within 24 hours from the start of the hire period, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable, unless the vehicle can be re- booked or the booking is rescheduled – this does not apply to Weddings see below*
- If a Wedding booking is cancelled within 3 months from the start of the period of hire, the deposit will be non-refundable. If a wedding booking is cancelled within 2 months from the start of the period of hire, the full hire amount will still be charged to the customer. However, if the vehicle is able to be re-booked for the same cost, Bentley Limousines reserves the right to withhold 10% for administration fees. A refund will follow once new booking has been paid in full.
- If a customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

- Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We target to arrive minimum 15 minutes prior to booking time.
- The Chauffeur will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits.
- Where Bentley Limousines has been instructed by the customer to arrange transport for their guests, the number of which exceeds their vehicle fleets legal passenger capacity, the customer is
- Advised subcontracted vehicles will be required to provide the additional service at addition charges. Where a particular Vehicle is requested, Bentley Limousines will do its utmost to provide this or those Bentley’s; the exception will be due to unforeseen circumstances; breakdown or such where it is beyond Bentley Limousines capacity to provide this Bentley. However, an equivalent Bentley or such Marque will be substituted for the aforementioned; should an additional charge result, this will be absorbed by Bentley Limousines and not the customer. During this process, Bentley Limousines will keep the customer informed and will avoid any disruption to their event.
- Where the customer’s luggage exceeds that which is agreed, during telephone or internet booking, an additional charge will apply for the transport of extra luggage. The additional charge will be determined by discussion with the customer, Bentley Limousines and the method and cost of additional transport for the luggage.
- Smoking is prohibited in the Bentley’s. Eating or Drinking in the Bentley’s is restricted and needs to be approved by the Owner.
- Customers are responsible for any damage they or their guest cause to the interior and or exterior of a Limousine on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order and presentation
- By supplying your email address you permit Bentley Limousines to contact you via email, unless otherwise advised, in return we assure you that your email details will not be supplied to a third party.
- If additional time is requested by the customer for the extension of the Hire of the Limousine, over the agreed booking arrangements, an additional charge will apply based on the pricing structure.
- Every effort will be made by Bentley Limousines that our vehicle(s) or sub-contractors arrive on time.
- Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the customer at the time of booking.
- Bentley limousines vehicle(s) and sub contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, however customer’s private property are carried entirely at their own risk and Bentley Limousines shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
- Bentley Limousines will keep a lost property record at their office, and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.
- Bentley Limousines and its Chauffeur reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour pose a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
- Bentley Limousines maintains a strict non smoking policy in all its vehicles.
- A 30% surcharge may apply to limousine hire on public holidays.
